data-contrast=\"none\">Des financements suppl\u00e9mentaires pour l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation \u00e9taient n\u00e9cessaires avant m\u00eame l&rsquo;ambitieux Programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable de 2015 et le Sommet sur la transformation de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation de 2022.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335559685\":217}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Les budgets nationaux de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation repr\u00e9sentent, comme il se doit, la plus grande partie du financement de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation. N\u00e9anmoins, les d\u00e9bats mondiaux sur le financement de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation se sont trop longtemps concentr\u00e9s sur la seule aide internationale, perp\u00e9tuant ainsi l&rsquo;influence de l&rsquo;aide internationale sur la mani\u00e8re dont les budgets nationaux de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation sont allou\u00e9s.<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335559685\":217}\"> <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335559685\":217}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s coloniaux persistent et peuvent conduire \u00e0 une interpr\u00e9tation biais\u00e9e des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res dans les pays du Sud. Ils renforcent l&rsquo;id\u00e9e que la p\u00e9nurie de ressources est due \u00e0 l&rsquo;incapacit\u00e9 des \u00c9tats \u00e0 trouver des financements nationaux. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les budgets nationaux sont r\u00e9duits par l&rsquo;\u00e9vasion fiscale syst\u00e9matique, la fraude et la fuite des capitaux, tandis que la crise de la dette, exacerb\u00e9e par les politiques d&rsquo;aust\u00e9rit\u00e9, r\u00e9duit le \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e2teau\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 partager entre les citoyens et les minist\u00e8res.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"335559685\":217}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Dans ce webinaire, co-organis\u00e9 par RECI et la Campagne mondiale pour l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation ENACE (Campagne europ\u00e9enne et nord-am\u00e9ricaine pour l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation), nous avons eu le plaisir d&rsquo;accueillir<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">David Archer,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">sp\u00e9cialiste de la justice fiscale chez ActionAid et coordinateur des parties prenantes pour la piste d&rsquo;action sur le financement du Sommet des Nations Unies sur la transformation de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation.
