The contributors argue for treating these three areas as interconnected, which would help include those often left out of traditional education-to-employment pathways.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The issue features 28 contributions from global experts, organised into six sections, covering historical changes, innovations, and the impact of global crises on employment. It emphasises the need for a holistic approach to support undereducated and unemployed youth and adults, particularly through systems that reintegrate them into the education-training-work continuum.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Special Issue advocates for policy reforms to better connect education, training, and work, improving access to decent jobs and fostering socio-professional inclusion.
