Therefore, once they become adults, they often do not have the minimum required mastery of such skills, which compromises their chances for a&nbsp; fulfilled life with financial autonomy.<\/strong> The situation is even worse for socio-economically disadvantaged people: people living in rural areas, people with disabilities, women with many children, people with precarious status, etc. Promoting the right to acquire basic skills for them is not an easy task.
