Der 2024\/5 Global Education Monitoring (GEM) Bericht mit dem Titel \u201cLeadership im Bildungswesen“ enth\u00e4lt eine umfassende Analyse der Fortschritte bei der Verwirklichung von SDG 4 und der damit verbundenen Teilschritte im Bildungsbereich. <\/p>\n

Ein Schwerpunkt des Berichts ist die zentrale Rolle der F\u00fchrung bei der Verbesserung der Lernerfolge. Es wird hervorgehoben, dass die F\u00fchrung auf allen Ebenen des Bildungswesens, von der Schule bis zur Regierung, einen erheblichen Einfluss auf den Erfolg der Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler hat. Der Bericht nennt vier entscheidende Elemente einer erfolgreichen Leitung: klare Erwartungen setzen, den Lernerfolg priorisieren, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Lehrkr\u00e4ften und Gemeinden f\u00f6rdern und in die berufliche Entwicklung von Lehrkr\u00e4ften investieren. <\/span><\/p>\n

Trotz der eindeutigen Vorteile einer starken Leadership gibt es nach wie vor Herausforderungen, wie z. B. die mangelnde Ausbildung von Schulleitungen, insbesondere in L\u00e4ndern mit niedrigem und mittlerem Einkommen, sowie der hohe Verwaltungsaufwand als Hindernis, eine effektive Leitung aufzubauen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus wird in dem Bericht auf die kurzen Amtszeiten von Bildungsminister:innen hingewiesen, die h\u00e4ufig zu mangelnder Kontinuit\u00e4t bei Bildungsreformen f\u00fchren. Der GEM-Bericht fordert h\u00f6here Investitionen in die Entwicklung von F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften, die F\u00f6rderung kooperativer und integrativer Leitungsmodelle sowie ein st\u00e4rkeres politisches Engagement f\u00fcr Bildungsreformen, um diese Hindernisse zu \u00fcberwinden. <\/span><\/p>\n

Durch effektivere Leadership k\u00f6nnen laut dem Bericht Schulsysteme stabiler und gerechter werden. Somit gew\u00e4hrleisten sie den Zugang zu qualitativ hochwertiger Bildung f\u00fcr alle und tragen zur Erf\u00fcllung des umfassenden Ziels von SDG 4 bei.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
