Es liegt in der Verantwortung der jeweiligen Staaten, dies zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Die Realit\u00e4t sieht allerdings oft anders aus: in Entwicklungsl\u00e4ndern oder in fragilen Kontexten stehen zu viele Lehrerinnen und Lehrer ohne oder mit ungen\u00fcgender Ausbildung vor ihren Klassen oder sie haben keinen Zugang zu grundlegenden Infrastrukturen oder Unterrichtsmaterial.<\/p><p>Hier ist die Internationale Zusammenarbeit gefordert: deren AkteurInnen k\u00f6nnen die Aus- und Weiterbildung von Lehrkr\u00e4ften unterst\u00fctzen und daf\u00fcr Ressourcen \u2013 Finanzen und Know-how \u2013 investieren. Das RECI f\u00f6rdert den Dialog unter den beteiligten AkteurInnen und hat eine Reihe von Empfehlungen ausgearbeitet, welche sowohl die Arbeit im Feld als auch den Policy Dialog
